Testing A Mid-Century Modern Coffee Table Design By Making A Scale Model - Woodturning

In this video, we’re making a scale model of a circular mid-century modern coffee table complete with a scaled down laminated top. Other than a full size mock up, making a model is the best way to test the aesthetic qualities of a furniture design before crafting the finished piece. After I’ve used the model to work out any design changes, the final table will be made from solid walnut and featured in a future video.
